The primary principal and manager of Accent Conservatory & Sun Room Designs, Kent Kunz, has over 40 years of experience and expertise in various business ventures. He was one of three principals of the largest lath, plaster, drywall, fireproofing and pre-fabricated panel construction companies West of the Mississippi. As well as hundreds of additional projects in California and the western United States.

Mr. Kunz also has extensive experience in real estate development and new home construction, having help start and manage firms building over 500 new homes a year in Fresno/Clovis, Sacramento, Bakersfield, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Boise.  In addition to his broad business expertise, Mr. Kunz has been actively involved in civic and community affairs, having been elected as a board member in one of California's top school districts, a 35 year member of Rotary International, and serving as a board member of several charitable groups and organizations.  When introduced to the outstanding quality of products used by Advanced Sun Systems and their engineering expertise in designing usable, functioning conservatories and sun rooms, he was determined to get involved in the market.

Mr. Kunz also recognized the great need for many families, more specifically in the crowded Southern California real estate market, that by adding additional practical square footage to their homes, would not only satisfy their wants and needs, but he could help them increase the overall value of their homes.
